CODAME is a San Francisco non-profit group that holds events bringing together artists, coders, game developers, creators, performers and musicians to experience the intersection of Art and Technology. The theme of their last meetup was games, and they invited us to put up a display. We showed Ponycorns and the “Art Games” exhibit, which includes Today I Die by Daniel Benmergui, A Slow Year by Ian Bogost, and AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! – A Reckless Disregard for Gravity by Dejobaan Games. CODAME also hosted about 10 indie game designers who demonstrated their games under construction, and a wonderfully varied lot they were. Here are a few pictures from the event. You can also view Eric Wing’s great Mission Impossible: Speak about 30 years of video game history in a 10-15 minute talk. A great night of gaming was had by all.
