2011.015.001a - main console: Damage at left rear - bent case (particle board) at base, some breakage and missing piece further up.
2011.015.001b - drum section: missing one decorative drum support.

2011.015.001d - decorative drum support: slightly damaged (crumpled plastic), missing section of particle board back support.
2011.015.001e - pair of red plastic wrapped drum sticks: plastic worn off at bottom 1-2"

In 2002, NAMCO brought 3 or 4 of these to the USA to test the market. They weren't successful here, although they are extremely popular in Japan. No more were brought in, and the machines were sold off to private collectors and arcade parlors. This one is a model 3.
